This is a nice salad to whip up quickly on the weekend. Served with a hard goat's cheese and a quality rye sourdough it's really delicious.
Combine the fennel, orange and coriander together in a bowl.
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, ginger and seasoning together and drizzle over the salad.
