Mirin

Food Description:

Mirin is a low alcohol, sweet, golden wine made from glutinous rice. It is extensively used in Japanese cooking. Mirin adds sweetness and flavour to a variety of dishes.
It is also known as rice wine.

To Store: Store in a cool place or in the fridge.
Tips and Tricks: Mix mirin with tamari for a very quick and easy dipping sauce for spring rolls.
